Summary: My wife and I took an impromptu vacation getaway and booked this property for a 4 night stay at the end of May 2024. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located to all area accessories and activities - grocery, restaurants, sightseeing, beaches. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living room area with a dining and kitchen area for seating. The property was very clean with a walkout patio area which is screened in. Outside that area is a private fenced in yard with a very nice pool and attached hot tub. There were pool floats and toys provided, two lounge chairs, two Adirondack type chairs, and a grill in the yard. The appliances in the kitchen were all modern and worked well. We really enjoyed our stay and could see this property comfortably accommodating a family of 6. Area attractions we enjoyed were Honeymoon Beach which we thought was great, Bon Appetit restaurant for the amazing sunset views, and we were within a half hour of Tampa for a dinner cruise and even a Tampa Bay Rays baseball game. Overall we would recommend this property without any hesitation. Oh, and Jerzy Mastalerczyk was a pleasure to work with. Great communication throughout and the check-in process could not have been easier.
